I guess it's "The Next Best Thing to Being There" (below reference) -- 
(paper not yet available). I imagine it'll be a very valuable tool and I 
shouldn't jest, but it reminds me of the drugs they give dogs to relieve 
their separation anxiety so owners can go to work. Soon we won't have to 
stay home with our babies at all. Just one squirt a day...
