I agree that the pediatric HCP is the appropriate person to help mom with
thrush or mastitis and be a resource for her on meds for other conditions.
With thrush they both need to  be treated anyway.  Saves time and energy
for mom if the pedi person just deals with it. With mastitis the pediatric
HCP is working on  preserving his pts food supply :-)  so for ped HCP to
treat is very logical.  Actually what the pedi person needs to be is a
