Before starting on medications, I'd rather start with a thourough anamnesis
(is that an English word?). What I mean is taking mom's earlier breastfeeding
histories and do a breastexam in order to find out why she didn't make enough
milk before. Ofcourse she *can* be 1 of 5 in 1000 that are not able to
produce any or enough milk, but I'dlike to know that for sure before
medicating. Medication will depend on the reason for lactation insufficiency,
too.
