I have enjoyed the discussion. I just completed my annual lecture to
our first year medical students regarding the physiology of lactation,
so am fresher than usual! I have found a very detailed reference that
you might be able to use. The reference is:

Buhimschi, CS (2004). Endocrinology of lactation. Obstet Gynecol Clin
N Am, 31, 963-79. If you have trouble accessing this paper, email me
personally and I will get it to you.

By the way, thanks for your continuing support of the UND students. The
value of your contributions cannot be underestimated! We appreciate
your willingness to share your knowledge and your time.

thanks,
Cindy
