Joy,
Thought you may like to know about a very good journal especially for
breastfeeding information which is produced by the Nursing Mothers'
Association of Australia. It has lots of articles -- actually -- every one
is on breastfeeding, unlike all the others that you subscribe to. The copy
I have in front of me is the Nov 1996 Vol 4 No 2 and includes these
articles:
The effect of use of dummies and teats on orofacial development.
Breastfeeding education: meeting the needs of the expectant parent
Effects of maternal pethidine on infants' developing breastfeeding
behaviour.
An early arrival: Sarah's story
Adoptive breastfeeding: a personal experience
Expanding the WHO/UNICEF baby Friendly Hospital Initiative : eleven steps
to optimal infant feeding in a paediatric unit.
Research summaries ( always interesting!)

A subscription to Breastfeeding Review gives you two copies of this journal
per year, published in May and November, maybe an easier amount for you to
get through. Annual subscription is Aus$35 or you can test read a single
one for $20, available from :
NMAA, PO Box 231, Nunawading VIC 3131
