"This" is the word my youngest used too!  My older children used variations 
on "nursies", but my youngest clearly said "this" when he wanted to nurse.  It 
was convenient to tell him "this" was at home, and most of the time he was 
content with that answer.  Once though, upon being told that "this" was at 
home, he announced very loudly, while pulling at my shirt, "No, mama, this is in 
your bra!".  I'd bet money that the majority of people within hearing range still 
didn't know what he was asking for!
