  I believe that there is a graet article in a past jhl on nursing strikes,
by katie winchell - the basis of which, as I recall, is that the ediology is
emotional and the "fix" is serious one to one time together. The family is
clearly very stressed and possibly this is the baby's way of reacting to the
stress she undoubetly feels.
