"veiled women baring their breasts to feed their baby."  There is a
picture of an Egyptian mother feeding her baby in a Cairo Street. Her
head is covered in a light veil but she is wearing the long black robe
similiar to the body veil called a chador.  Her breast is bare as she
breastfeeds her baby.  The picture is in the book Milk, Money, and
Madness written by Naomi Baumslag(page 30).  The photo description says
UNICEF, Egypt, photo by Ingeborg Lippman.  I have seen it somewhere
