Tell her to get a new optometrist this is ridiculous. Even if it does change
her Rx she can be reevaluated when she does wean. Peoples eyes change
irrespective of breastfeeding also.

The optomotrist will not write her a script for a new pair (or even one
replacement) because her last script has expired. The optomotrist also will
not examine her eyes until she "has not breastfed for at least 6 weeks."
