Sorry if my last post was alittle unclear.
I ment to say Dr Jack feels the cow's milk is OK under a year if
the infant is eating other foods that are iron containing. My concern
is that these children arent getting enough iron from other foods.
Just getting cows milk shows they arent getting the right milk.
They're messing with mother nature. Often they become milk
guzzlers and I'm checking thier Hgb/Hct.
I think this maybe the result of advertising of cow's milk as such
a great food in the US. Nothing against Cal Ripken of course.
I dont think its necessary to wait exactly 365 days before
allowing cows milk. If the Earth was alittle farther from the sun
would we wait 400 days? The idea is to allow for intestinal
maturation.
