<<43 year old,  expecting twins (now 30 weeks gestation)- several questions 
have come  up......she had breast cancer, which resulted in a masectomy 5 
years  ago.  Still has one "functioning" breast, which has significantly  
increased in size, prenatally.

Is it possible for  her to exclusively breastfeed twins on one breast?>>
 
 
Are these babies 1 and 2, or does she  have other children?  If so, did she 
breastfeed them?  Are there  infertility issues at play here?  How were these 
babies conceived?  I  would be concerned about mom's age and the possibility 
that much of the  functioning breast tissue has turned to stroma.  Not always an 
issue of  course, but there is that consideration even if she had two 
functioning  breasts.
