I know that this list is not intended for personal issues, but I thought
this might be of interest to the community:

I took my vomiting daughter to the pediatrician after she developed a
low-grade fever and it turns out she has a double ear infection.  The doctor
said that the nausea was probably caused by all the fluid in her middle ear.
 Although she had no other "symptoms" of ear pain until the fever began, the
fluid had been there for a while.  I suppose we can add this to the list of
reasons babies may vomit after feeding!
