Sam, you're right - you've got lots of choices for this paper. If it were
me, I would think about what the assignment was and write it in that
direction. So if you are writing about infant nutrition, I would talk about
food safety and formula.
The nurse accountability/ethics piece would be very interesting for a
different course. It's an excellent ethics topic!
And it could be a cultural topic on the problems of making formula properly
when you have parents who are low-literacy. Or the challenges of teaching
parents to make safe formula when they don't understand the dangers of
making it "better" by putting in more powder.
Or....Or...!
