In the past few days we have had several subscribers send posts they want to
go to Lactnet to the listmothers only.  Please note the address for the
listmothers *only* is [log in to unmask]  This is the
address to use if you have questions or problems with your Lactnet
subscription.  If you have a question to post to everyone, a question or
comment of a breastfeeding/lactation nature, the address is
[log in to unmask]  This will reach the 3500 subscribers.  The
other address reaches 6 listmothers.

If you need to manage your subscription...go nomail, unsubscribe or change
your address, the address to use is [log in to unmask] and the
commands to use are on the bottom of every Lactnet post and also in the
Welcome Note you received when you joined the list.  If you need another
copy of the Welcome Note, the command is "get Lactnet welcome" to the
[log in to unmask] address.
