I have had a little white spot on the tip of my right nipple for the past nine years, since my last child weaned. It does not hurt at all. When squeezed, a long tube of "white spaghetti" can be pressed out (with difficulty,) but the white spot always reappears. Could this be a filled milk duct, and if so, does this mean that I am *still* producing milk? Inquiring minds want to know!
