Hello to All-
I have a question from an L&D nurse colleague. Her patient has PIH and
yesterday's platelet count was in the 40's, after transfusion it came up to
to the 90's. Does anyone know if there is a standard platelet count below
which moms should not initiate pumping?
Thanks, and please respond to me directly as well as posting the list--
