I have heard them called 'happy starvers' though 
I don't think it is good to use this term, despite its accuracy.

We use the term "silent starvation" around here. ''Happy'' seems quite misplaced to me, too.Warmly,

Gonneke, IBCLC, LLLL in southern Netherlands who this morning saw the strangest tongue frenulum she's ever seen: wide from left to right sides of the tongue instead of running from back to front.
