I looked up "repeat plugged ducts" and "repeat mastitis" but didn't find a
lot there in the archives...

What are your best ideas for getting rid of repeat plugs?  A mom contacted
me this evening...she often gets them in a similar place (arm-pit area) and
I think she's had at least 3, maybe 4 plugged ducts in the last 6 mos.  She
takes lecithin when they come on, and tries to take (less of it) when she
doesn't have one but ends up forgetting for a while often (then another
starts).  She does the rubbing/massage etc.  I think she may have had
mastitis bad enough for abx once, but plugs are still no barrel of laughs...

For what it's worth this is her 2nd child (first she did not nurse) and her
daughter is almost 1 year of age.  She works part-time evenings/weekends but
not very long hours (4-6 I believe max).
