Yippee!

HB 31  passed in the DE House by a roll call vote of 39 - 0!  All
references to baby were changed to child!

The current Nursing Mothers, Inc of DE President spoke very briefly.  I
accompanied her on the House floor.  The only question was from a
representative who wanted to make sure the bill was strong enough!  Our
assembly is in recess for 6 weeks, so it will be a while before it gets
to the Senate and the process begins again.

We brought my 8 week old twins and the NMI President's 2 and 5 year old
children - at the request of the Bill's author.  Kendall and Carlie took
turns nursing all over Legislative Hall as an aide gave us a tour!  DE
truly is a "small wonder" (state motto).  Representatives flocked to our
children and us before and after the vote to thank us for coming and coo
over the kids.
