Hi all,

Long time no post, but I have been enjoying reading posts on Lact-net. What
a wonderful resource we have here!
My question is related to a mom-to-be, pregnant at 37 with first baby, and
treated for low progesterone & estrogen during pregnancy. Mom and Dad had
IUI (Intrauterine Implntation) to achieve pregnancy. Mom has been doing
great and baby is due next week.
I am concerned when I asked about breast changes in mom, she reports none.
Does anyone "out there" have any experience or info regarding moms who have
experienced something similiar. Doesn't this mom have an increased risk for
lactation failure due to her hormonal imbalances?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Kim Durdin-James, IBCLC
