According to the CDC, Alaska indeed has the highest bf rate in the  
US. I had
assumed that was at least partly because of the Native American  
population,
I had also thought it was related to the isolation of many parts of  
Alaska.
Maybe I'm wrong about that. Anyone know what is Alaska's secret?
