with pemrission of mum I want to ask you something :)

Breastfeeding for 8 month and having lots of times problems with
engorgement, is there something she could do to prevent this? There was
no change in BF habits, separations for work are the same nothing new,
but it seems she has some kind of predisposition for engorgements....is
that possible?
Last engorgement few days ago and said it took her 4 hours to resolve
the engorgement.
