Rachel, please post the ref. of the document from which you quoted the AAP as
supporting 3rd party payment of pumps.  Just having that document may be
useful to me.  I'll copy it and attach to all my lactation summaries.  Some
of the docs are (I think) just as puzzled as I am as to why insur. can
dictate care.  This is good ammo.  Knowing that their prof. organization
states this may make them feel more backed up when they try to advocate for
their patients who are in the 'train wreck' mode.  Thanks for that info.
