I've heard of a couple of moms having "soapy tasting milk" after thawing
and stored in all the best manner, but I couldn't explain why so I hope
whoever responds to the question re: MD with sour milk  will post via Lnet
so we can all benefit.

My next question I wish to be responded to privately is the e-mail or
current location of Dr Randall Craig (endocrinologist etc) from Arizona I
have several questions R/T hyperprolactinemia and lactation/infertility.

BUT I wish to throw these out there !!!!

G1p0 who could only become pregnant while on parlodel to suppress primary
hyperprolactinemia (no sign of tumor)  What can we expect with lactation is
her big question and mine ?

Will she be dealing with overabundance ?  Will one sided Bf work, cabbage
compresses ? Will combined OC's be her best choice for suppression of
overabundance that does NOT RESPOND to non drug management ? She DOES NOT
WANT TO TAKE PARLODEL AGAIN ! or is this going to be a nightmare for her ?
Her MD's have no experience with this and have no predictions....

NEXT ? : I have a 2nd time mom who had the above nightmare scenario and
quit because of a series of "mastitis/thrush/Leaking all the time" she was
followed by a great LLL group but whose hands were tied. She came to me for
her last hope
(big responsibilty) I told her I had access to 1000 ideas including my own
but I tried not to build her up on us, I put it back to her power to face
the challenges she had last time.......BUT she comes to me despairing with
2 months to go she can't go any where without  soaking her clothes (very
touchy MER).
She says soft and hard shells make it worse she overflows those! pads are
useless and she feels no sign to stop the flood gates before they show.
I haven't used the leaking inhibitor gadgets yet but If any one can say
they are safe before delivery I will make a recommendation. Anyone used
them before delivery what specifically do I watch for ? is 4 hours too long
to use while she's away from home ? Labor ? thrush ? mastitis ? ulcers
(pressure sores) what time length should she start with ?
