I thought I may have had this a little while back, and did some  
research on the net - dandelion root (capsules or tea) was reported  
to be extremely helpful (it's a liver tonic) but there were also  
warnings to be careful with dosage as it contains high amounts of Vit A.

Perhaps an internet search on this herb and its use in pregnancy  
would be useful?
