Hi all,
I am is such awe of all of you who have written so beautifully about your
own pain and struggles and now seeing beyond the mountain top.  I speak on
burnout and self care among our profession (called "Who's In Bed With You
Tonight"), so to all the rest of us who are still trying to just get to the
top of the mountain I offer this suggestion.  When you go to bed tonight
think about all the others you are bringing into your bed,  i.e. the kids
have ball practice at 5pm, clients until 4:30, what can I fix for dinner,
iron the shirt for husband.  You forgot about YOU!!!
