I too wanted to say that I have gotten some gel pads or hydrogel pads
marketed to me at work and I like them and the moms do too. We use very very
few of them, as I am proud to say, I think we do a good job helping to
prevent trauma to nipples in the first place. I did not receive any spam
email on any such product. However, since you did, you might want to send a
brief email to them stating that you have asked your collaegues about the
product and gotten pos. feedback but that you did not appreciate thier
marketing/unprofessioanl/snotty practices - whatever you want to say. I have
been talking to my hubby and good friend about the "service" industries and
how everywhere we go people are so unfriendly, unprofessional, blase' to the
point of it being astounding. I could not imagine treating people the way I
have been treated lately at the library desk waiting to pay a 1 day overdue
fee, a restaurant, a furniture store, on the phone w/ the local school board
(and I;m sure i'm leaving something else out) - all in 1 week.
