Re: the woman expressing green milk.
It sounds like she could have ductal ectasia, which is a widening of the
ducts and may be associated with various coloured discharge from the nipple.
The baby would probably be the one to decide whether to drink it or not, as
the taste may be "off".
I have seen a woman who was several years post-lactation and was presenting
with green nipple discharge (diagnosed later by the breast surgeon as ductal
ectasia). The reason she presented was that she had a new sexual partner who
complained about the taste.
(Perhaps a puppy could try it first???.....)
