Breastfeeding with a tongue tie is like:
Writing a letter with your arm tied to your side with a giant rubberband!

I have been tempted to take some "theraband" (high resistance elastic
bands for physical therapy) and tie pediatricians' (who don't believe in
tongue-tie) arms to their sides, either at the wrist, elbow or just
below the shoulder to simulate the various degrees of tongue tie, and
then asking them to go about their business. I would make some tighter
and some looser, so they could see that even if the frenulum is elastic,
it's more work to fight against it.
