Thanks, Liz.  I always appreciate your clearly written reality checks.  One
thing I have observed (from my day-job as a legal-assist - I'm not a lawyer) is
that our courts seem to prefer proof of actual damage or injury, and put much
less emphasis, if any at all, on the potential or theoretical risks of the event
being contested.   I think that would make it extremely difficult to bring suit
over feeding ABM to baby over mom's expressed objections.  The judge would want
to know what did happen, not what could have happened, to that baby as a result
of being fed ABM.
Again, not advice, just what I have seen.
