In many states, NOT restraining a child or even an adult in your car 
properly can lead to a very expensive ticket. 

Why? Because not putting a child in a car seat seriously puts that child 
at risk. 

Wondering, maybe with someone with more time than I could compare the 
risk of an unrestrained child vs the risk of formula?
