I have a question.  We have a Doctor who routinely prescribes Vitamins A and D to all breast fed babies.  He says breast milk is deficient in it-also Flouride.  Not all babies-just breast fed.  Is there some validity there?  He has also said he has never seen a woman successfully breastfeed twins exclusively so I am a doubtin'
