I'm an IBCLC working in a hospital and we have mothers who are on methadone, so we have babies who we are treating for withdraw.  My question is has anyone used Reglan to increase prolactin levels in mothers who are on methadone.  My concern is the side effects of depression.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
