What a great letter.  I think your point that Nestle's is a company under
boycott and that Ben and Jerry's would be subject to same if sold to them
is very important.  I read in a newsmagazine that if they don't sell,
they would be subject to suit by the stockholders for not acting in the
best financial interest of the company, even though it may run counter to
their personal conscience.  This fact, supported by your links, may give
them a basis for refusal of the sale offer.
