Hi all. Let me share with you this piece of information: a good radiologist, very competent in mammograms and breast sonograms,  unfortunately and prematurely passed away, told me once that he had seen some " fluid flow" inside the ducts while scanning the breasts of an old lady. After asking her the right questions, the lady told him she had breastfed a 30 years before or so and now was taking care of her infant nephew, while his mom was at work...
