My daughter is 6 months old and extremely sensitive to what I eat.
When she was a few weeks old, and still infrequently, she has really
stinky gas.  It is clearly a reaction to foods in my diet, hidden
dairy but also other foods such as nuts.  My 4 other children were
also sensitive and spit up a lot but this is the first one to have
terrible gas.  She did not have colic, is not fussy although she
spits up a lot, weighs about 20 pounds and is still exclusively
breastfed. This is my personal experience.
