Hello:
I am working on hospital employee education on how to support rooming in.  Along with trying to work on hospital routines such as clustering care to lessen maternal fatigue and "quiet times" on the unit, what suggestions do you have on educational materials for staff and parents? For example, how to work with a baby when they are having a fussy evening/night?
