Happy Mother's day to all.

I had something interesting happen. We receieved a note from Seabury and
Smith, certified letter, saying that they would be cancelling our policy for
LC insurance, as of August, and that the reasons were due to the reasons
listed on the enclosed letter. There was no attached or enclosed letter.
Anyone else get this, and what does this mean?
