Hi, 

Borericke and Tafel makes a homeopathic arnica gel that would be safe for
nipples. I prefer calendula salve for sore nipples.  Arnica even as an herb
is used externally not usually internally for swelling, pain and bruising.
Homeopathic pellets for mom would be ok. Homeopathic for sore nipples
include silica, graphites and castor equi, depending on the symptoms. ( I
have no connections to B&T except I sell it in my store) As an herbalist, I
actually make my own sore nipple salve and homeopathic tinctures.  But check
the symptoms and the corresponding symptoms to use the correct homeopathic
remedies.
