Val,
I suggest you check exactly what they mean by 'binding' before you say
anything. We have had a discussion about this before on Lactnet, I think.
To some people 'binders' are very tight, constricting things that are very
uncomfortable for the mother and don't really do much to help or suppress
lactation, while to others, they function like a firm, supportive bra, and
are comfortable for a mother with engorged breasts. The word 'binder' even
appears in some NMAA literature but it means the comfortable one.
