Your point about humans being animals is well made, however as far as I know,
homo sapiens are the ONLY animals I know that base their decisions
(sometimes)
on morality, character and conscience rather than instinct.

Show me another animal who is capable of making choices in this fashion and I
will cease to differentiate humans from animals.
