I don't know if this is off-topic or not, but it was an interesting observation:
I was watching a TV show yesterday about plastic surgeons. (Dr.90210) One of the stories they followed featured a person undergoing gender-reassignment surgery. We saw close-ups of the male chest while the doctor described the difficulty he would encounter due to the small areolae. We saw him cut under the areola. We saw him lift the nipple and insert instruments to separate the skin from the chest wall, creating a cavity into to which he then inserted the implant; all very graphic images and close-up videography.
But, the moment the doctor filled the implant with fluid, the nipple was blurred to protect us from the image. The rest of the now-female breast was still clearly visible.
