Catherine, I'm struggling  to understand this.  Then with 14 ounces/day, the 
baby should gain 7 ounces  per week.  That just is not computing in my pea 
brain.  Can you  explain it a bit more fully?  I've never heard that before; 
maybe I'm  missing something in the equation.
