Marsha Walker tells us:
"Because the US has not legislated any part of the Code, recourse for
objectionable ads falls to filing complaints with the Federal Trade
Commission. Occurrences of false, misleading, or deceptive advertising
should be reported to the FTC at www.FTC.gov <http://www.ftc.gov/>. When you
see the ad, file the complaint!"

Liz Brooks advises:
And akin to the old one-liner "vote early and often," that means you should
report EVERY violation you see! Reading the magazine in the dentist's
office .... watching TV at home .... doing your grocery shopping ...
reviewing patient handouts in your facility (should it be
non-Code-compliant).

Fer cryin' out loud -- these are our tax dollars at work. Help to create a
WRITTEN RECORD of the egregious marketing tactics that are repeatedly slung
at the public at large. While tsk-tsking the bad guys here on Lactnet does
provide the momentary pleasure of spleen-venting, it is like preaching to
the choir. Help build a record for the violations.
