Linda Smith also does this demo (without the water in the balloon though -
air works well too, and it's just as much of a crowd pleaser!). It is very
easy to use in a breastfeeding class for example - couples literally see how
much more balloon (breast tissue) ends up in the mouth with the asymmetric
latch..
