Are you only giving out sterile UHT liquid formula?  If not, you need to 
mention salmonella and E. sakazaii, and state you are making the formula 
up to WHO guidlines 
http://www.who.int/foodsafety/publications/micro/pif_guidelines.pdf.  If 
you are only using liquid formula, I'd say you need to state why, and 
further state it's all that should be used for the first 8 weeks of the 
baby's life, as per the WHO reccomendations.
