From what I learned at the ABM conference last week, she should be able to take the milk on the plane. I am thinking that calling the airport ahead of time and asking them about an area that is suitable for this.

One other thing that we discussed at the ABM was breastfeeding friendly airports...we were all challenged to do breastfeeding assesments of the airports we flew in and out of. ie: place to pump, nurse, etc. with outlet, private, etc. It should be interesting what comes out of this research. The forms are to be submitted by the end of Dec 2007. We'll see what is discovered.

Good luck-just out of curiousity-what airline/airport? Have a blessed day,Merideth M. Buell, BFPCDSHS [log in to unmask]
