My first thought is overactive milk ejection (and related airway distress), since she: begins to eat and then fusses, BF OK at first after birth but developed s/s after production established, does OK with EBM by bottle. I'm wondering what position is used for BF and whether baby's head is significantly higher than butt at all times (without scrunching in middle/at waist).
