Thomas Hale recommends the 400mg/200mg dosing for deep ductal candidas.  
I too had yeast, I also have eczema, and all the itching that goes with it.  So, 
bfing is the best thing she can do for this little one.  Hopefully, mom can stay 
off antibiotics for awhile and let her natural flora build back up.  Try some 
homeopathic stuff like sugar free yogurt with tons of lactobacillis, and other 
good bacteria.  The more the better.  or you can buy the capsules and take 
that way.  They are usually in the refridgerated section of the natural foods in 
any grocery store.  Keep them refrigerated or they lose their effectiveness.
