I have vision changes with pregnancy, seemed to clear with lactation.  I can
never get glasses when pregnant and the ones I have are terrible.  The
reason for this is my thyroid.  I have a marginally overactive thyroid,
usually no bother, just something to watch.  But when I am pregnant, it
seems to bounce around constantly and that makes the shape of my eyes change
and therefore affects my vision. I don't know if that would happen with
lactation, didn't for me.
